Transform to
a happier you.
Transform to
a happier you.
For more than a decade, I’ve been treating an international client list; from CEO’s to homemakers, from tech leaders to insta influencers, entrepreneurs to gardeners and everyone in between. You won’t regret investing in hypnotherapy, because it not only benefits you, but people around you too. Whether you book a discovery chat to see how I can help or download self-hypnosis audio to re-programme your mind, your transformation journey starts here.
“Hypnosis works and the empirical support is unequivocal in that regard. It really does help people,” Michael Yapko, PhD, psychologist.
Hypnotherapy with me is analytical and solution focussed. You can expect to feel a diffference within four sessions.
“Hypnosis is an effective and evidence-based intervention for anxiety. It can produce significant reductions in anxiety levels across a variety of populations.”
— Hammond, D.C. (2010), International Journal of Clinical and Experimental Hypnosis

WHAT TO EXPECT FROM BRIXTON HYPNOTHERAPY?
My sessions are gentle but powerful. Expect a deeply transformative journey in which you explore, process and re-programme.
In a decade of private practice, I have treated clients all over the world, guiding their journey to a happier version of themselves.
Expect much more than hypnosis; I will use tools from NLP, CBT, EFT (tapping), Somatic bodywork, breathwork, IFS, Polyvagal, EMDR, regression and so much more. If you are up for it, I set homework, tasks, worksheets and further reading in between sessions.
While hypnotherapy is the core of my training, I will often combine therapies to help you achieve your goals. For example, tailored hypnosis with somatic release methods can help clients release stuck emotions such as guilt, rage or grief.
But don’t take it from me! Below are two interviews with past hypnotherapy clients.
